Coachella Announces Full 2022 Lineup Despite Covid Surge

Despite the ongoing surge of COVID-19, Coachella has announced the full lineup of this year's festival in Indio, California. 

This year, the two part weekend festival will be headlined by Harry Styles, Billie Eilish, Ye (Kanye West), and Swedish House Mafia. Other acts apart of the festival include names such as Lil Baby, Big Sean, Megan Thee Stallion, Isaiah Rashad, Conan Gray, Doja Cat, Jessie Reyez, Finneas, Alec Benjamin and many more.

In 2020, Coachella was initially postponed to October 2020 and was later cancelled altogether due to COVID-19; the cancellation marked the first cancellation in 20 years. The same issues occurred in 2021 as well.

Coachella will take place on the weekends of Friday April 15th and 22nd, Saturday the 16th and 23rd, and Sunday on the 17th and 24th. It has been stated that festival goers will no longer be required to show proof of full vaccination.

While week one is sold out, tickets will week two will begin on Friday at 10 am PT.
