With much success, Italy has made it all the way and came out on top after completing the Euro Cup match in Full Time. By the end, Italy was 3 for 2 in penalty kicks. What a horrible way to lose a game.

Whatever you say, I have heard many people saying it is a cop out way to win any match, but in all reality, just imagine the pressure. To me, it shows the physicality and the equal match of both teams. It further proves that each of these teams deserve to be on the highest stage of Europe.

Now let us forget about England. England has championed their way to the top. Now, these teams are not in the Olympics. The Euro Cup is the gold for Europe.

From ESPN, “Insigne began to find space where previously there was none. Jordan Pickford had to make two tough saves in rapid succession, the first off a close-range Insigne effort, the second from the effervescent Chiesa. Then came the goal, with Leonardo Bonucci popping up to poke it home after Pickford deflected Cristante's header off the post. Scrappy? Maybe, but it had been coming. A few minutes later, a pinpoint ball over the top found Berardi, whose volleyed contact wasn't quite sweet enough -- otherwise it would have been a goal of the tournament contender.”

Italy came out on top. England did not have the support like many fans did fir Italy. From Sam Wallace via Twitter, “Febrile atmosphere at Wembley. This is near the main entrance to Club Wembley a few minutes ago where it looked like a group of fans broke through the security cordon. Stewards currently chasing people around. Not sure they’ll get all the way to the wine and canapés…” (@SamWallaceTel | Twitter). It was said as a joke.

Now we look forward to the Olympics for the next country to make history.
