Grammy Award winner Billie Eilish is back with her Sophomore album “Happier Than Ever” and it features 16 tracks that were produced with her brother Finneas who worked recording the project in Los Angeles.

Eilish, 19, is already setting records with downloads and doing off the chart numbers with this project that she carried alone without any features and only conversations with her therapist that she says she turned into songs. There’s many emotions to be felt and not just poppy riffs, it’s a nice very mellow feel overall. You can catch a very expressive poem with “Not My Responsibility”. “Overheated” was one of my favorites and can be a song for keeping your power and not becoming a clone or being cancelled when someone wants to do so. “I Didn’t Change My Number” is the perfect song for the bitch in us and she put it into words perfectly and the music track felt good with it’s upbeat vibe. Happier Than Ever” goes off the rails a bit in a good way as she addresses what seems to be a toxic relationship. “Male Fantasy” makes you question just how you feel and if it’s a love or hate relationship while reminiscent of what you used to know in that person.

This will be a therapy session for many fans to digest and for others it will be a look into her maturing in the business and getting ready for more musical accolades.

Prince - Welcome 2 America is the latest release from the musical genius that passed away in 2016 leaving a collection of never heard before music. This is a funky record with the sound that he's known for and in a way time stood still but the subject matter is still fitting and relatable. These were 12 songs that were recorded in 2010 and weren’t released until now with his former group New power Generation.

"1000 Light Years From Here" comes as a song of activism and hope that shows he was in touch with how things are now back then as he reflected on the country and inclusivity.  "Stand Up Be Strong" is a song of encouragement at a time when you might want to give up and it's addressed by a nice soul chorus with the band playing what could used on a broadway musical with a record that’s so big and where Prince laces it with rockstar guitar riffs. "When She Comes" gives us that sexy side of Prince that we used to love as he sings about the power of explosion when he touches you to climax in this seductive tune. It was good to go back into the vault and have a remember the purple wonder.

Isaiah Rashad came with "The House Is Burning" and this album is what was needed in the hip hop world this week because it delivers some hot tracks that features SZA, Lil Uzi Vert, Duke Duece, Jay Rock, Smino, 6lack to name a few. Favorites were "From The Garden", "RIP Young", "Lay With Ya", "Claymore", "True Story", "Score" and "Chad" but there's 16 tracks that make for a nice listen all the way through.

Dave East & Harry Fraud is sback with his seventh album called''Hoffa" with 14 songs produced by Harry Fraud and features G. Herbo, Jim Jones, Current$y, Benny The Butcher", French Montana" of many who are on the album. Dave gives what true New York hip hop is with his lyrical flows and it's nice that he took a break from acting to grace us with this album. Some favorites are "Diamonds", "Just Another Rapper", "Go off", "Count It Up", "Yeah I Know" and "Money Or Power".

Logic with "Bobby Tarantino" - this comes out the gate with a hot one with "Vaccine"and other favorites are "My Way", "Call Me" and "Flawless" with a nice sexy track for the females on a Friday night. Logic is always lyrical and these 12 tracks are nice on the ears.

Young Dolph & Paper Route Empire comes with "Paper Route Illuminati" and there's 23 songs featuring Key Glock, Gucci Mane, Snupe Bandz, Big Moochie Grape and more. Once again rappers from the South delivers and some favorites are "Blu Boyz", "Beat It', "Back To Back" and "Mister Glock 2". There were many hot picks since theres some good ones on this project and I'm a fan of the music that's perfect to ride to or get into a party mood with.
