"Selling Sunset" star Heather Rae Young, as well as other stars, are legally pursuing strip clubs for using their images without permission to promote NFL viewing parties.

They have pressed charges against the clubs Platinum West and Platinum Plus Gentlemen's clubs in South Carolina and Pennsylvania.
Furthermore, Young states that she was never in correspondence with the clubs, stating that the use of her image could be considered defamation as well for misrepresenting her career.
Amber Lancaster, who previously worked on "The Price is Right," and Jaime Edmondson Longoria, who previously worked for Playboy, is also suing the club.
Similar incidents have occurred in the past. In 2019, model and actress Carmen Electra sued a strip club for using their images in advertising without permission. They sought damages of over $75,000.
