A rental owner for Airbnb in Texas is accused of secretly videotaping guests in San Antonio.

Police say that A. Jay Allee, 54, gave tours of his rental property and suggested that a couple watch the sunrise, particularly while they were naked in a certain area.

Allee told the man and another female guest that they need to watch the sunrise on the porch and said "Be comfortable, we don't care if you are in your pj's or nude."

After being told that the couple became suspicious and started looking for a hidden camera which they did happen to find was attached to a power adapter.

Allee was hiding a camera in the TV set above the sofa and at least 2000 images were recovered.

Allee is facing charges for Invasive Visual Recording and may face more charges in the future.

Airbnb released a statement saying the following:

"Our policies strictly prohibit hidden cameras and we take forceful action in the exceptionally rare circumstances where this has been reported, including partnering with law enforcement to help hold criminals accountable. We also ban any type of recording devices in bedrooms, bathrooms, or sleeping areas."

Allee is facing four additional charges for Invasive Visual Recording and may face more charges.
